Mgr. Dominik Alexik
I am a physical therapist with a master’s degree in physical therapy. In my practice, I primarily work with athletes—both recreational and professional—as well as clients with orthopedic issues, whether they involve acute injuries or long-term musculoskeletal problems.
I focus on functional and customized solutions designed to relieve pain, restore mobility, and prevent the recurrence of problems. My approach is based on expertise, practical experience and continuing education.
I am a certified specialist in the use of Winform devices, which provide a modern and effective complement to personalized therapy. I work with technologies such as laser therapy, Tecar therapy, and pain-free shockwave therapy.
I take an individualized approach with each client, respecting their needs and goals. My goal is not only to alleviate symptoms, but above all to identify and address their underlying causes.
Motto:
“Exercise is medicine — when done correctly, it can be the most effective therapy.”
